    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Handle full set of accounts and other reporting for subsidiaries.
    • Assist in preparation of monthly consolidation of group reporting / financial statements of subsidiaries.
    • Assist with tax audits (if any) and tax filing.
    • Support external and internal audit requirements and facilitate both audit preparation and completion for subsidiaries.
    • Process staff expenses claims, payments and invoicing/billings.
    • Monitor and manage cash flow consistently.
    • Liaise with Company secretary, Auditor, Tax agent & banker for all the relevant matters.
    • Liaise with other departments on financial and accounting matters.
    • Support CEO/CFO and Finance Manager in various ad-hoc tasks, reporting, analysis & etc.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting.
    • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting, audit or similar role with exposure preferably in financial industry or equivalent. Experience in preparing the full set of accounts is a must.
    • Possess a strong grasp of accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting procedures.
    • Basic knowledge / experience in tax as an added advantage.
    • Possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision & under pressure within tight deadlines.
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
    • Proactive, meticulous, has a good sense of responsibility, and attention to details.
    • Required language(s): English & Mandarin
