- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company and clients' tax liability;
- Provide guidance on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the account team to ensure accurate tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements;
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to taxes for management and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during tax audits;
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation to support the company and clients' tax positions.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations;
- Analyze and interpret tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support;
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment within the tax department.
