- To work closely with the team in day- to -day task including following up.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database.
- To assist in distribution of forms, sales materials, premium gift etc to branches or related event organised by HQ.
- To assist in tabulating the quantity for reports (Annual, Interim, etc).
- To carry different area of work assignment from time to time as and when directed.
- To contribute ideas to improve business process related to sales channels.

- Agency Channel
- Financial Institutions Channel
- Institutional Business Channel
- Understand BSA overall function & operations .
- Understand the general BSA processes, policies & guideline.
- Understand the environment of a Corporate in general and in an Asset /Investment Management firm in particular.
- Candidate must possess or is currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Finance/ Statistics.
- Knowledge of investment products & sales are preferred.
- Proactive, organized and resourceful.
- Strong team player.
- Familiar with financial and capital markets.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and resourceful.
- Strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Good written skills in two languages: either English and Malay OR English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
