    Description
    Job Descriptions:
    • Manage day to day employee life cycle processes, handle Payroll operation queries and providing ad-hoc supports and information to the key stakeholders and clients.
    • Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents.
    • Management of the employee personal files on behalf of clients.
    • Involve in internal and external audit and documentation preparation as requested by the clients.
    • Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll which includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leaves, terminations, check and authorize claims, etc.
    • Validate monthly payroll report including but not limited to payroll accuracy report and payroll audit report.
    • Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll / audit related issues.
    • Accountable for payroll reporting, payroll posting and payroll GLs reconciliation.

    Job Requirements:
    • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin or its equivalent.
    • Possess minimum of 3 years' experience in Payroll and Human Resources activities.
    • Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office and possess experience in using HR2000 software.
    • Possess knowledge of Employment Act and Employment Tax.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English.
    • A team player who is also able to work well independently, under pressure and tight deadlines.
