    Human Resource Intern

    Job Overview:

    SRKK is inviting prospective graduates to apply for our Human Resource Intern position. This role is ideal for an individual aspiring to learn more about the employee management and talent recruiting scope of work. Our Human Resource Intern will work with our People Excellence Team while also gaining experience and knowledge in other aspects of the Human Resource Industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the People Excellence Team with talent acquisition and recruiting assignments.
    • Assist in coordinating Talent Acquisition Process from scheduling to onboarding.
    • Provide support with employee and company related documents.
    • Handle any HR related inquiries such as document request, access request, and conflict resolution handling.
    • Learn as much as you can regarding the IT Consulting industry while aiding our employees.
    • Assist in organizing company activities such as lunch, team events, and workshops.

    Qualifications:

    • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource, Arts, Language, or any related field of studies.
    • Good interpersonal communication skills.
    • Able to work independently in a group setting.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Must be someone that is willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to modern technologies and methodologies.

    Location: Port Tech Tower, Bandar Baru Klang

    Duration: Ideally 3 to 6 months internship period

    Working Arrangements:

    • Fully in-office with flexibility to work from home in a case-to-case basis.
    • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
