• Bachelorâs Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  
  

• To take-off quantity and measurement based on architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and other relevant documents
• To prepare Bills of Quantities for tenderer
• To assist in the development of project budgets and cost plans to ensure financial feasibility.
• To evaluate bids from contractors or suppliers, considering factors such as cost, quality, and lead time.
• To negotiate contract terms and conditions before the project is awarded.
• To ensure that all aspects of the pre-contract phase comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  
  

• To manage the day-to-day aspects of contract after IT has been awarded, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed terms and conditions.
• To monitor project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• To handle changes to the project scope or specifications, assesses the impact on cost and schedule, and negotiates variations or change orders.
• To oversee the quality of work being carried out, ensuring that it meets the specified standards and requirements.
• To address and resolve any claims or disputes that may arise during the course of the project, working to find fair and equitable solutions.
• To maintain accurate project records, including correspondence, reports, and documentation related to various.
  
  

• Basic Salary from of RM 3,200 - RM4,000
