- Main responsibility- Document Processing, Assist in Office General Adminstration
- To assist director with any project at hand by coordinating with any relevant parties involved.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from management
- Handle and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Regularly update all accounting ledgers and journals
- Perform bank account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash records
- Able to Operate Microsoft Office - Words & Excel
- Handle communications with customer
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and strong work ethic
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Available immediately
- Have a Good Attitude and Discipline
- Preferable Female
- Good teamwork and communications skills
- Must own transport and driving license (Car)
- Must in a good health condition
