    Description

    Job Title: Incentive-Based Recruiter

    Contract: 6 Months

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Incentive-Based Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and a passion for achieving targets through incentivized performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract and identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

    Recruitment Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.

    Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management:

    • Establish strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and motivations.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Effectively communicate job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to prospective candidates.

    Performance Metrics and Reporting:

    • Achieve recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within defined timelines.
    • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
    • Generate regular reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Experience with incentive-based compensation structures is preferred.
