    Job Responsibility

    Dimension

    This position reports to the division head and is responsible for supporting the performance and profitability of the Company.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive sales by executing with a result-oriented mindset to meet assigned targets and revenue goals within specified periods.
    • Be willing to learn about the services provided in the professional services industry, particularly focusing on Company Secretarial, Accounting, HR Payroll Processing, and Taxation Services.
    • Conduct sales activities predominantly through online channels such as calls, WhatsApp, and video conferences, with the condition that physical meetings may be required when necessary.
    • Serve as the main customer service representative, being the go-to person for clients' job requests and addressing any issues related to their businesses.
    • Act as a liaison officer between clients and internal cross-functional colleagues to ensure timely completion, billing, and payment of job requests.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in the professional services industry.
    • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Business Information System.
    • Prefer to possess a driverâs license and have own transport.
