    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Coordinate and oversee CIDB and Sirim COA import procedures for steel-related goods.
    • Manage import and export logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods.
    • Process PC License documentation efficiently and accurately.
    • Prepare and review paperwork for shipments, including invoices and documentation related to customs clearance.
    • Maintain records of import and export transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
    • Communicate effectively with Chinese colleagues and clients, both verbally and in writing.
    • Utilize Excel and other software tools to organize and analyze import/export data.
    • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience in CIDB and Sirim COA import procedures within the steel industry.
    • Proven experience with import and export logistics, particularly in the steel sector.
    • Familiarity with processing PC License documentation.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork preparation and data entry.
    • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
