    Description

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    1. Provide administrative support to the technical team in documentation, correspondence, filing, and preparing reports.
    2. Prepare and compile paperwork related to business development, authority submissions, sales proposals, tenders, and client management.
    3. Organize and maintain business development filing and documentation systems.
    4. Assist in general office clerical support, which may include photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
    5. Cold calling potential prospects.
    6. To actively follow up with relevant stakeholders for tendering jobs.
    7. Partake in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and tasks as and when required.

    Academic Qualification :

    Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field of studies.

    Experiences :

    1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel is required.
    2. Has own transport and can occasionally travel for work.
    3. Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
    4. Strong attention to detail.
    5. Willing to learn.
