    Company Description

    Merchantrade Asia is a Malaysian service provider specializing in cross-border money transfers, mobile money, and electronic payments. Our core focus includes international money transfers, foreign currency exchange, wholesale banknotes, e-wallets, payment gateways, mobile telecommunications, and micro insurance.

    Role Description

    • Develop a thorough loyalty program plans that are in line with the aims and plans of the business.
    • Gather market data and examine consumer behavior to find areas where the loyalty program may be enhanced.
    • Work closely with IT professionals in order to integrate a loyalty program software which complements the existing systems and software
    • Design loyalty program which provides a personalized experience for the user.
    • Create the general framework of the loyalty program, which should include the points system, incentive tiers, and redemption choices.
    • Utilize the use of analytics and customer data to evaluate how successful the loyalty program is.
    • Monitoring rival loyalty programs and market trends to implement innovation and development.
    • Analyze program performance on a regular basis to find patterns, preferences, and areas that need improvement.
    • Compute the costs related to rewards, promotions and marketing activities.
    • Oversee the loyalty program's budget, making sure that expenditures and anticipated return on investment are in line.
    • Implement adjustments to the loyalty program in response to user input, data analysis, and new market trends

    Qualifications

    • Experience in loyalty program design and management
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data and insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of mobile money, electronic payments, and financial services industry
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
