Job Description:
ï'· Guide and support team to resolve day to day issues in service delivery such as complex reconciliations.
ï'· Define, implement, and lead control mechanism to enhance adherence to set standard and compliance requirement
ï'· Identify internal control deficiencies and ensure consistent follow up resolve.
ï'· Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solution to problem
ï'· Oversee the day-to-day operational objectives set by Head of Department to ensure they align with stakeholder request and expectation.
ï'· Analyse extensively all issues and recommend proposals for change management to deliver higher quality serviceï'· Support the preparation and follow up internal & statutory audits (I.e. Audit readiness assessments) for assigned companies
ï'· Managing backlogs and follow up on backlog reduction plan
ï'· Assist with any ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the departments as required
ï'· Ensuring adherence of SOP's and AP section are strictly adhered
ï'· Check and ensure accuracy for all the journals and documents prepared by account executive
ï'· Assist in working capital planning, fund transfer and fund placement
ï'· Ensure timely completion with highest standard on company banks, insurer reconciliation, credit card, inter-company, related parties and MYEG for road tax renewals.
ï'· Ensure month end reporting and closing for AP are performed timely and accuratelyï'· Guide three subordinates
