    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Financial Management

    1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
    2. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
    3. Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
    4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
    5. Manager accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
    6. Prepare and process invoices, expense reports and other financial transactions.
    7. Assist with financial audits and compliance activities.
    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
    10. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and best practices in finance.
    11. Handle invoicing and billing processes using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    12. Track payments received through HRD Corp, self-paid, or cash transactions and reconcile accounts accordingly.
    13. Prepare payment vouchers, process invoices, and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
    14. Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
    15. Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts, implementing strategies to minimize back debts and improve cash flow.
    16. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.

    Tax Compliance

    1. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including Sales and Services Tax (SST), corporate tax and withholding tax.
    2. Prepare and submit tax returns and reports in a timely manner.
    3. Coordinate with tax authorities and external advisors as necessary.

    Audit Input and Documentation

    1. Provide support for audits by compiling relevant financial documents and records.
    2. Work closely with auditors to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
    3. Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audit purposes.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
    2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or a related role.
    3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
    7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
    8. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
    9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
    10. Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is a plus but not required.
