    Description

    We are looking for an outgoing, confident and warm individual to cultivate relationships with clients, create a welcoming energy in the studio and grow our memberships. This person will know the ins and outs of our class offerings, rates and policies and enjoy educating our clients. They will ensure the studio is clean, organized and well maintained.

    Hours:

    20-28 hours/week (Part-Time)

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing customer service by greeting visitors, scheduling classes & appointments, responding to inquiries and processing payments
    • Convert new clients into members through purchase of packages or memberships
    • To maintain cleanliness of the studio at all times, this includes but not limited to sanitising & cleaning, rearranging the mats in the studio before/after classes
    • Have an outstanding organisational ability to keep the studio running smoothly, ensuring company is represented competently and professionally

    • To assist in filming short videos or taking photos of classes
    • To help manage the financial administration of the business (including book keeping)
