- Providing customer service by greeting visitors, scheduling classes & appointments, responding to inquiries and processing payments
- Convert new clients into members through purchase of packages or memberships
- To maintain cleanliness of the studio at all times, this includes but not limited to sanitising & cleaning, rearranging the mats in the studio before/after classes
- Have an outstanding organisational ability to keep the studio running smoothly, ensuring company is represented competently and professionally
