Duties and Responsible:

• Coordinated and supervised a team of CBA specialists in executing thermal imaging, airborne    ultrasound, and vibration analysis inspections on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Managed in planning and overseeing inspection projects, ensuring the team were completed on schedule and carried out efficiently in accordance with client quality and safety standards.
• Identifying critical issues, anomalies and potential problems in both technical and man management fields.
• Collaborated with senior management and experts to interpret data, preparation of detailed reports, outlining findings, recommended actions, strategies to enhance equipment reliability and safety from condition-based monitoring tools.
• Assisted, contributed and collaborated with other department and client to implementation and executing the preventive maintenance work based on inspection findings, reducing downtime and maintenance costs especially on electrical power equipment.

• SETIA CITY MALL – CBA and Preventive Maintenance work on 33KV & 11KV switchgear, Transformer and LV equipment.

• Led the team to executing the comprehensive thermal imaging and partial discharge inspection on   electrical power system, including coordinating roles and responsibilities to ensure timely project completion on – site while maintaining high quality inspection standards.
• Oversaw the deployment of thermal imaging and ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper calibration and data collection procedures.

• Collaborated with a team of experts to conduct comprehensive condition-based monitoring inspections on a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Utilized thermal imaging to identify abnormal temperature patterns and hotspots in electrical panels and mechanical components.
• Employed airborne ultrasound technology to detect and analyze sound waves indicative of potential defects on mechanical equipment, rotating machinery or partial discharges in high-voltage equipment.
• Assisted in conducting vibration analysis to assess the mechanical health of rotating machinery, identifying misalignments, unbalance, and bearing issues.
• Assisting in data collection, interpretation, and the generation of detailed reports on the condition of monitored systems.
