Chong Wei Ming

I am Chong Wei Ming. I am a business fresh graduate from University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and major in Bachelor of Business (Engineering Entrepreneurship). I am interested in the recruitment consultant and seeking for job vacancies in any fields that suit with my academic qualifications.

Senior Specialist, Product Offer Management 

1. Works on updating the translating system families and options on a worldwide scale in Data Maintenance Application (DMA) and PAC. 
2. Create and maintain data according to the Offer Managers’ (OM) Guidance.
3. Provide technical support on data reporting encompass order code creation, New Product Launch, activation / Inactivation, and deletion of order codes.
4. Updates the order code with right packages, defaults/ upsell options, module squeezing and package refreshing
5. Work closely on daily request with SLA monitoring
6. Improving Audit reporting quality for SMB and Consumer production by reviewing Product Data (PD) requests and previews.
7. Process report by tracking and executes basic SQL quarries
8. Performs Translation globally and SKU (Stock keeping unit)
9. Troubleshoot and managing the reporting data error’s
10. Highly organized and proven ability to complete task efficiently by providing quality assurance of imported data
11. Extensive collaboration and communication with teammates to develop more efficient processes on work.
12. Working together with different streams in same department. In order, to deliver goods and services to the organization.
