• Perform basic engineering calculations and technical drafting to support field operations and conduct site visits for inspection.
• Successfully identify manufacturing and production errors through error analysis of previous production errors.
• Successfully maintained servers and controlled 24 - network and billing server’s startup or shutdown.
• Successful in monitoring and troubleshooting the server alerts using monitoring system on a 24-hour basis with zero downtime.
