Hi, my name is Dzuha and my background is in ground operation in Malaysia Airlines Berhad. I majored in customer service and hospitality. I have long been fascinated by dealing with passengers. I am professionally able to deal with difficult situations. I am also skilled in using Malaysia Airlines Data software which described me as a very particular and tip top in what I am work on.
