About MUDIANA BINTI MURAT / UPM:
My name is Mudiana Binti Murat, and I'm 23 years old. I reside in Bangi, Selangor. I will complete my undergraduate studies in Human Development and Management at Universiti Putra Malaysia in August 2023. I would like to submit application for Human Resource internship for 12 weeks (1 March - 4 June 2023). My area of expertise is protocol, and I've served as an usher at the ecological faculty and college graduation ceremony, a member of the protocol authority and alumni executive committee of Penggiat Theater Sejagat UPM. I've done part-time jobs in a variety of fields, including tourism, retail, and fitness. My top career choice is in the human resources sector because, in my opinion, HR is a crucial or delicate division inside an organisation. HR attitudes influence employee productivity and reflect how the general public views a firm.
Experience
I've done part-time jobs in a variety of fields, including tourism, retail, and fitness since 2018. I had work at Bangi Wonderland, Pets Twenty One and Echogym as retail assistant that responsible on handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service. It aids in my improvement of politeness, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education
For Human Development, I have studied Developmental Psychology, Work Ecology And Human Development, Advisory And Counseling Basis, Nutrition, Health And Environment, Social Psychology and many more. Psychology can not only help teams understand more about who prospective candidates are and what they can bring, but also what kind of candidate their organisation needs. Employing such a scientific method to measure candidates’ mental ability and behavioural patterns allows hiring teams to be confident that they are selecting people with the right knowledge and abilities. Moreover organisational psychology can help drive employee engagement and motivation.
For Management, I have studied Administrative And Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Current Management Issues, Strategic Management And International Business Management and many more. The study of organizational behaviour gives insight on how employees behave and perform in the workplace helps us develop an understanding of the aspects that can motivate employees, increase their performance, and help organizations establish a strong and trusting relationship with their employees. Strategic management is essential as it helps firms to rationalize change and actualize change and communicate the need to change better to its employees. It for sure helps me to understand the method need to be applied to make sure our organization can adapt and follow current trends.
