I have experience in including but not limited to M&A transactions, drafting agreements, reviewing agreements, providing legal opinions, and assisting in Bursa and Securities Commission submissions. 

I am a graduate of the University of Liverpool, where I earned First Class Honours. In recognition of my academic achievements, I was honoured with a £5000 scholarship in my final year for being among the top 10 students in my cohort.

In her previous role as a Corporate and Commercial Legal Associate, Ern Jee handled M&A transactions, drafted agreements, provided legal opinions, and ensured regulatory compliance. Her responsibilities included drafting transactional documents, due diligence reports, and legal submissions. She also offered expertise in personal data protection, companies act, and consumer protection law, and served as external counsel on a monthly retainer.
