As a receptionist cum admin assistant, I handle incoming calls, feedbacks and enquires from clients or customers and  provide customer service at front desk. Assist in HR and general admin duties.  I also had experienced as Research Assistant. I conduct literature reviews. Collect and analyze data. Prepare materials for submission to granting bureau. 

Diploma in Public Administration (DPA) is a programme that immerses students in the administrative aspects of the government. The programme introduces students to the various fields of study that are relevant to a government’s administration.  Due to its general approach to the study of Public Administration, the program’s syllabus covers multiple disciplines such as  Administration, Management, Administrative Law, Statistics, Accountancy and Economics. Upon completing the program, students are equipped with the knowledge  on government’s operation and work processes. Graduates of this program are anticipated to hold the posts of an Administrator/Officer/Executive in the public or private sectors.
