Developed and implemented a full Quality Control system, including QMS procedures (ISO 9001:2015), document control, and inspection processes (IQC, IPQC & OQC). Conducted material and product testing using precision tools, resolved quality issues through RCA and CAPA, and prepared essential QC documentation such as inspection reports and NCRs. Collaborated with cross-functional teams and suppliers to address quality concerns, supported audits, trained staff on QC standards, and ensured strict compliance with industry requirements while driving continuous process improvements.
