An experienced Human Resources professional  who has worked in various industries with more than 10 years of experience in spearheading the development of an effective HR strategy, streamlining the onboarding process and creating successful employee engagement strategies. Implemented and managed a modern HR system, negotiated a collective bargaining agreement, created and implemented a standards-based disciplinary process and oversaw the successful transition to an automated Human Resources system resulting in an increase of performance outcomes and cost-savings. Demonstrated tenacity and higher-order thinking skills to strategically build a connected, competent and well-informed team.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manpower planning, role profile development, job advertisement, talent sourcing, interviews, selection, negotiation of compensation, on boarding and maintaining talent pipeline.
  • Organization Development: Company organogram development, policy & SOP development, company handbook development, job description development, yearly PMS, employee engagement, employee relations & culture, employee branding, HR Communications, and yearly company gazetted public holiday calendar development.
  • HR Operations: Administration (including flight & hotel bookings), disciplinary action & grievance handling (including attending IR Court case), HR auditing, maintaining exit interview procedure, maintaining staff personal file, prepare monthly report(s) and ISO 22000 audit.
  • Expatriate: Employment pass application and renewal via My Expat. 
  • Total Rewards: Compensation & benefits (including VSS), overtime management, monthly payroll, leave & attendance management, monthly statutory contribution, foreign manpower wages, salary & benefits restructuring, final settlements, and market benchmarking.
  • Training and Development: Orientation, yearly TNA, prepare training calendar, conduct training, training coordination, training evaluation, and HRDF. 
  • HRIS: Managing & optimizing HR systems and software and create online forms.
