1) Training and Learning & Development
● Develop the policy & procedures for the company and ensure the
implementation is done accordingly.

come out with the Training Plan, Training Budget, and proposed Training
Program for the purpose of training implementation for the company.

2) Industrial Relations
● Develop the policy & procedures for the company and ensure the
implementation is done accordingly.
● Conduct investigation for IR cases reported by interviewing related
parties, reviewing documents, site visits, and others.
● Prepare Domestic Inquiry (DI) documentation and report including
representing the company to brief the case fact during the proceeding.
● Represent the company to the Labor or IR Office for cases.
3) Recruitment & Selection
● Develop the policy & procedures for the company and ensure the
implementation is done accordingly.
● Develop and maintain the Recruitment framework from sourcing and
attracting talent to the onboarding process.
● Do job posting on various platforms – Jobstreet, MyfutureJobs, Linkedin,
Mudah, Mau Kerja, etc.
● Attend interview sessions as an HR representative to interview the
candidates.
● Conduct onboarding activities for new staff.
● Manpower & recruitment cost forecast planning.
● Counsel the Head of departments on candidate selection.
● Liaising with all the manpower agencies on the local and foreign workers
as per the operation needs.
● Liaising with PERKESO, JPDC, and other external parties to participate in
the career fair and any activities related to recruitment.
4) Compensation & Benefits
● Developing & revising job grading and salary range for staff based on job
positions.
● Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing
bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
● Oversee and review attendance database and overtime claims for payroll
administrative purposes
● Work on the retention plan and strategies.
● Ensuring the statutory contribution is done according to current
regulations and in a timely manner

● Use payroll software such as ifelxi HRMS, and SQL to streamline payroll.
5) Improvement Activities and Policy Making

purposes.
● Develop KPI for the Company and Department for the purpose of the
performance management system.
● Assessing reports provided by the HR & Admin team, operations managers,
and team leaders to determine employee performance and training needs.
