- To prepare monthly payments on biweekly basis and maintain proper records of account payable on a timely basis.
- To liaise with vendor/ internal departments/ inter-companies on the payment documentation submitted.
- To perform reconciliation on POS transactions against bank statement and perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- To assist in monthly account closing, audit and tax preparation.
- To assist in issuance of purchase requisition/ purchase order if necessary.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.
- Minimum 2 years experience will be an added advantage.
- Must possess Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office application Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
