With a foundation in Agricultural Science in 2015 and a subsequent journey towards a degree in Economics from 2018 to 2021, my academic pursuits reflect a diverse range of interests. Alongside my commitment to learning, I seamlessly navigated through the services sector, engaging in three distinct roles from 2019 to the present. Fluent in Malay, English, Hindi, and Urdu, my linguistic versatility mirrors my adaptability. Energetic and driven, I possess a robust foundation in general knowledge. These experiences have not only shaped my professional competence but have also instilled in me a holistic understanding of various disciplines, fostering a well-rounded and dynamic individual.

In my diverse job experiences, I initially served as a Housekeeper at Sussex Facilities LLC, overseeing and coordinating housekeeping services across multiple properties. My responsibilities included inspecting rooms for cleanliness, training new staff, managing inventory, and addressing guest complaints. Transitioning to the role of a Direct Care Worker at Davigdor Lodge, Hove, I provided comprehensive care and support to clients with various needs, assisting with personal care tasks, fostering life skills, and promoting engagement in activities. Currently, as a Business Process Delivery Associate at Accenture LLC in Kuala Lumpur, I handle customer inquiries and complaints, successfully complete projects within budget, and contribute significantly to protecting intellectual properties. My linguistic versatility, proficiency in numerous languages and scripts, and expertise in improving business processes showcase my adaptability and commitment to professional growth

I began my educational journey with a four-month Foundation in Agricultural Science from December 2015 to March 2016 at Universiti Putra Malaysia. During this period, I gained practical insights into agriculture through hands-on experiences on the university's farms, delving into the intricate details of flora and fauna.

Building on this foundation, I pursued a degree in Economics at the University of Sussex from 2018 to 2021. This academic phase encompassed a comprehensive study of microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, and applied economics across diverse fields such as tourism, sports, education, crime, development, and labor. This educational trajectory has equipped me with a multifaceted understanding of economic principles and their real-world applications.
