MUHAMMAD SYAMIL MOHD PAUZI

I hold the degree of Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) Exercise and Sports Science at USM Kubang Kerian. I had experienced in handling many sport events throughout my study and involved in many sport tournaments every year. My passion is gaining knowledge more about fitness and rehabilitation prescription and communication skill to all kind of people.
 

I am flexible, open and eager to learn new things in this industry as this is my passion and I want to assist people reach their objectives, live a healthy lifestyle, prolongs fitness longevity, and also put people in the best shape of their life, bringing their function, strength & performance to higher levels than ever before.

1. CLINICAL ASSISSTANT / SEP 2021 – NOVEMBER 2021

• Assist the doctor with minor injuries and dressings.
• Prescribe the medication to the patients.
• Register patients before meeting the doctor.

2. INTERNSHIP AS REHAB TRAINER / MARCH 2021 – JUNE 2021

• Internship for 3 months that focuses on developing a rehabilitation plan for the clients for specific condition such as post-surgery ACL, Achilles Tendon rupture, lower back pain and also for strength and conditioning athletes.
• Managed to assist clients with low back pain by lowering the pain till they were able to resume daily activities.
• Successfully assisted clients in achieving their weight loss goals while also increasing their fitness level.

3. BASIC SPORT INJURIES PREVENTION COURSE / 2020

• A course that teaches about the method to apply kinesiology tape and strapping tape to the injured parts of the body.

4. KINANTHROPOMETRY, TESTS AND MEASUREMENTS COURSE / 2019

• The participants need to take appropriate physical fitness with the correct way to 150 secondary students in a day. The tests included bleep test, vertical jump, horizontal jump and many more.

5. MAJLIS SUKAN UNIVERSITI AWAM MALAYSIA (MASUM) / 2018 & 2019

• The annual sport tournament which competes between all public universities in Malaysia and one of the biggest events in university level other than SUKIPT.

6. NATIONAL ALLIED HEALTH SCIENCES STUDENTS SPORT EVENTS (NAHSSE) / 2018 & 2019

• The annual sport events that involve all Health Sciences faculty of all universities in Malaysia.
• Achievement: Volleyball 1st place (2018) and 2nd place (2019).

7. TAKING PART IN ORGANIZING LARIAN TERBUKA KELANTAN / 2017

• A state level run event that is held annually only in USM Kubang Kerian.

8. MATRICULATION SPORTS CARNIVAL (KAKOM) / 2016

• A sport tournament that includes other Matriculation College to compete.
