My name is Mr. Ng Jun Yan, I am 18 years old, I am experienced in IT support for 1 year as intern in Medical Awareness Camp Outreach and I have the Google IT Support Certificate from Coursera - It covers about customer services, operating systems, troubleshooting, security, remote connections, Active Directory. I would like to find full time, contract, or permanent job.

I have very much experience about IT Support about Operating System (Windows as a lot) and (Linux), remote connections, security, Active Directory, and troubleshooting.

Experience

I started the experience in IT in 15 years old when my dad gave me an old PC, I have the installation of the PC experience as entry level, until 2023 I got intern at the Medical Awareness Camp Outreach at the last year of February 2023 which I am start working as an IT Support, I know all of the IT peripherals until December I ended.

Education

I don't have any education, I only have Google IT support professional certificate obtained from the Coursera.
