About Ngan Huynh:

I am interested in the Customer Care Executive or Content Moderator. I would be grateful if you consider my application. With more than two years of experience in customer service and background knowledge in hospitality, at my previous job, the customer satisfaction level was in the range of 98%. When conflicts were caused, I solved those issues but still met customer satisfaction and kept their loyalty. Using English in both verbal and non-verbal is compulsory in most of my previous jobs.
This position particularly interests me because of my passions: communicating in English and caring for people. Besides, this job requires someone who has experience in the field of customer care along with skills in using CRM customer information management tools, which are areas I have extensive experience.
Along with the constant change of services, customers' expectations of service quality also gradually increased. To meet customer expectations, using only the understanding of each customer service staff will not ensure consistency in customer service. Therefore, it is necessary to have a combination of customer service staff and data systems that store customer information to analyze and build a customer database to promote customers in the best way.
After many years of working in the field of customer care with background knowledge in the field of hospitality in university, exposure to systems for recording and storing customer information in areas such as education and healthcare, along with the desire to improve the quality of customer service as well as bring the highest satisfaction to loyal customers of the company, I look forward to working at your Customer Care Executive or Front Desk Officer position.
