Working as a Specialist in Human Resources has always been a dream of mine, which is why I think this role is a great opportunity for me. Applying my aptitude such as communication with people, know each other’s, built the relationship would be an ideal working situation for me. I also find that collaborating and interacting with the candidate, newcomer, or existing employees is my favorite work style, which is another bonus for HR. When talking about long-term aspirations, I would like to excel in what I am good at. 

I am handling the overall hiring process covering from Top Management until the lower working level. I being a preferred partner in delivering the hired employee to the business unit and meeting the agreed timeline, candidate criteria and hiring budget. 

I'm taking the Diploma in Public Admin at UITM, Melaka and pursuing my bachelor's in human resources management at Asian University. Both of my education level taken during my working period which i do as long-distance learning student.
