Final Year Project | Research Researcher

• Thesis: Removal of Organophosphorus Pesticides using Magnetic Silica Sorbent Derived from Oil Palm Waste: A Kinetic Study
• During my final year, I spearheaded a research project focused on environmental forensics and sustainable material science. I tested a novel magnetic silica sorbent  derived from agricultural waste to effectively remove persistent organic pollutants (POPs) from water.
• Developed high competency in chemist-level research skills including: sample preparation, analytical data interpretation, method evaluation, scientific writing, and technical reporting as relevant for QC Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Environmental Chemist, and Forensic Laboratory roles.
