• Microscopic the glass perhaps it's fully washed or poorly washed.
• Remove the scratched glass and carbon detect glass from the gig.
• Inspect and verify product quality before shipping.
• Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and operate electronic inspection equipment in production.
• Assemble the production as per production schedule given by Assistant Engineer.
• Stop production when deviation or problem occurred and inform the Assistant Engineer.
• Ensure that all processed parts are place in specified place.
• Update daily production record form in computer.
• Maintain 5’S in production.

• Checking the completed harnesses( CAR WIRING) for BMW and Mercedes-Benz from production.
• Monitor operations to ensure that production workers meet production standards.
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Checking the terminal exit and insulation damage in wiring harnesses.
• Approve the customized drawing of the electrical diagram by checking the list of components that are included, the routing of wires, and the location of connectors.
• Checking the tape name, wire color, and electrical equipment number on the module board before starting the production process of making harnesses.
• Approve the product by rechecking and returning it, and count the products for shipping.
