Shafiq Haris

I help my employers manage staff, improve the operational systems and attend client meetings while maintaining close communication with my superior. I am a 32 years old operation manager (has been for 3 years now) in a service pest control industry for a leading pest control company. I am looking to find a breath of fresh air after serving my current company for 6 years now. 

I will help my employers/superiors having a peace of mind by employing me because of my communication skills and leadership skills that I have developed through the years. I am currently managing 30+ staff to assist me solving pest issues at customer site. So I am confident to be an awesome help to my new team.

Since I graduated, I have been working in 2 MNC companies in the pest control industry with a total of 8 years experience in helping clients solve pest issues and communicating with my team to build a better operational system.

I have the opportunity to work with multiple ambitious and hardworking friends in my work experience while have a superb guidance to skyrocket my career progress. With that, I managed to be the Operation Manager in my current company for 3 years now. I believe in my ability to solve massive problems and be a good addition in any team I join.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science.

Apart from that, I am actively seeking new courses and knowledge to equip myself being an extraordinary team members. For example, I take leadership, communication and management courses to be a better team player.
