1. Performed sample preparation and sample testing.
2. Performed wastewater analysis testing such as Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Total Solid (TS), Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), free chlorine, Sulphide by Methylene Blue Method, Nitrate (High Range by Cadmium Reduction Method, Powder Pillow), MLSS, MLVSS, Silica, Total Phosphorus, pH, temperature and conductivity for wastewater sample. 
3. Organized daily testing activities according to report due date, sample quantity, test methods, and SOP.

1. Prepared technical reports and product presentations to team and customers.
2. Participated in out-of-specification and failure investigations.
3. Assisted in laboratory set-up and organized laboratory using 5S Standardization.
4. Involved in Quality Control Inspection.

• Quality Control Assistant (Internship) | Johnson Matthey Sdn Bhd | Dec 2018 - Apr 2019

1. Compiled, interpreted, and documented statistical data from testing processes to confirm compliance with established quality standards.
2. Inspected output products by comparing them to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
3. Conducted back pressure testing using SuperFlow (SF-1020).
4. Participated in 5S Standardization Training.
5. Practiced 5S Standardization in Laboratory and Office.
6. Involved in Project: Data Correlation using two different pH meters (ABB and Mettler Toledo).
7. Participated in Agilent 5100 Techniques for Simultaneous ICP-OES Training.
