I've worked in the BPO industry for roughly 2.5 years. Mostly as a content moderator. I'm good at adapting to a fast-paced industry and am familiar with the ever-changing policies and guidelines in the content moderation field in order to meet the client's guidelines.
Experience
I have 3 years of working experience as an English teacher and 2 years as a content moderator.
As an educator, I was an English lecturer at an aviation college for 2 years and I've also done some freelance tutoring on the side. My tutoring focuses on IELTS and general English.
As a content moderator, I worked with Concentrix for 1.5 years and Majorel for 5 months. My LOB included Trust and Safety as well E-Commerce. My time with Majorel was cut short due to retrenchment and I am currently seeking for a similar employment.
Education
I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Education specializing in TESOL(Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at Universiti Sains Malaysia(USM). My final cgpa is 3.53 and I did my teaching practical abroad in Indonesia for two months.
