Syahmerlyn Hassan

I am Syahmerlyn Hassan, an architecture graduate with skills in design, technical drafting, and 3D visualization. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software, including Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and D5 render, I bring precision and creativity to every project. I am resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a collaborative and professional approach.  Beyond my academic and technical background, I have a strong interest in architectural photography, 3D modeling, and rendering, which allow me to explore new perspectives and express design ideas creatively.

•  Developed 3D models for residential and commercial projects (wellness centre, condominium, car showroom, terrace house, apartment) using SketchUp 
•  Created realistic renderings and visualizations using Lumion for presentations and client reviews. 
•  Assisted in concept development and design refinement, including façade, roof, and space planning improvements. 
•  Prepared technical drawings, including elevations, sections, and site plans, with proper detailing and grid systems. 
•  Assisted in submission preparation, including organizing drawings and revising documentation for approvals. 
•  Managed multi-level commercial and residential projects, ensuring accuracy in proportions and surrounding context. 
•  Conducted design revisions including staircases, toilets, ramps, and space optimization.
