In terms of work experience, I have served as a Research Assistant at Universiti Putra Malaysia - Monash University since October 2021. In this role, I have been involved in liposomal drug formulation development for localized drug delivery, optimizing factors such as lipid concentration, combination, and downsizing methods. Additionally, I have conducted characterization studies on liposomes, including particle size analysis, transition temperature analysis, encapsulation efficiency measurements, and morphology identification using various analytical techniques such as particle size analyzers, zetasizers, differential scanning calorimetry, HPLC, and transmission electron microscopy. Moreover, I have been responsible for establishing in vitro and in vivo drug release profiles, employing techniques such as fluorescence microscopy for cellular uptake measurements and Franz Cell Diffusion method for controlled release studies.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Biocon Sdn Bhd for a duration of five months, from October 2020 to February 2021. In this role, I conducted raw material analysis for the manufacturing of insulin, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Before that, I served as a Formulation Analytical Executive at Oncogen Pharma (M) Sdn Bhd for a period of one year and seven months, from February 2019 to October 2020. In this position, I gained valuable experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to analytical methods, developing and validating dissolution and assay methods, and conducting routine analytical testing. I was proficient in various analytical techniques such as dissolution, assay, related substances, residue methods, intrinsic dissolution rate (IDR), shake flask method, and deactivation method. Furthermore, I maintained meticulous records of experiments in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) standards, ensured laboratory cleanliness and calibration of equipment, and prepared reports and presentations to communicate results effectively.

Throughout my professional journey, I have honed my skills in utilizing analytical instruments such as HPLC, UHPLC, GC-FID, and UV spectrophotometers. I am well-versed in method validation parameters such as precision, accuracy, linearity, specificity, LOD, LOQ, ruggedness, and robustness. Additionally, I possess comprehensive knowledge of pharmacopeias including USP, BP, and EP, and I am proficient in using Empower 3 software for data analysis and management.

I hold a B(Sc) (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science from Management and Science University, obtained from September 2015 to August 2018. Building on my strong academic foundation, I am currently pursuing a Masters in Science (Research mode) at Universiti Putra Malaysia in collaboration with Monash University, with an expected completion in June 2023. Prior to my postgraduate studies, I successfully completed my Cambridge A-levels (Science stream) at INTI International University from July 2013 to August 2015.

During my academic journey, I have made notable contributions to the field through my published research papers. One of my publications, titled "Targeting Inflammation in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer through Drug Repurposing," was featured in Pharmaceuticals (Basel) in March 2023. Another publication, "Acute toxicity and teratogenic impacts of construction waste runoff on zebrafish embryo," appeared in the International Journal of Medical Toxicology & Legal Medicine in 2018. These publications reflect my commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and addressing important issues in the field.
