• Answer phone queues and live chat to ensure internal and external customer issue are managed and resolved.
• Engages internal and external organization to work and resolve any issue relating to delivery and service.
• Collaborate and work with courier and service partner for expedition of delivery and onsite services when there are potential SLA misses.
