• Responsible for timely monitoring for all import & export shipment (include LMW and FTA Exempted dutiable shipment).
• Advise Customs classifications (HS Tariff Codes) and Export Control Classification (ECCN) to customers.
• Respond queries from customers on trade compliance related requirements (Example: country of origin certificate, MAQIS, Health Ministry, MIDA, MITI, MICCI & other incoterms queries).
• Responsible for all import and export custom clearance (brokerage) and transportation activities are executed based on local custom policies.
• Prepare Customs Declaration Form (K1, K2 & K3) for customs clearance purposes.
• Address and respond to customers & Customs’ queries and execute resolution.
• Arrange transport or haulage to customer’s premise in a timely manner. 
• Negotiate cost of freight, booking shipment, provide shipping instruction to shipping liners. 
• Prepare air & sea shipment booking confirmation and arrival notice to customers.
• Prepare COO application (ACFTA, AKFTA, MAFTA, ATIGA, CPTPP &MICCI).
• Oversee billing processes, ensure accurate customer invoicing and verifying vendor invoices.
• Maintain relationships with service providers (Haulage, Transport & Warehouse).
