Import Shipping Officer (May 2022 - Present)

• Issue PR to purchasing dept to raise for PO
• Negotiate ocean freight for FOB shipment
• Follow up import shipment with supplier to ensure the delivery schedule is on time as per signed contract.
• Checking paperwork and documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Etc) to ensure shipping, handling, storage , demurange , detention charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Follow up original shipping document with supplier , vessel tracking details, container delivery, unloading & pull out
• Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
• Close coordination and booking with carrier and haulier on shipments arrival, release and delivery.
• Handle any problem that arises

Import Admin Executive (Jun 2020 - May 2022)

1. Communication with international supplier
- Make and send purchase order to supplier.
- Communicate with supplier about availability and changes in sizes.
- Give replacement suggestions and ask for other availability of types. 
- Reply order confirmation. 
- Chase supplier for import documents.

2. Documents & logistics
- Send email to inform fright agent about shipment. 
- Send document to agent for apply import permit. 
- Send all documents to agent before shipment arrives for custom clearance. 
- Confirm flight date and time with supplier.
- Arrange driver and pic-up time for import shipment. 

3. Report 
- Take photos and videos of unstable or complete died and inform supplier immediately. 
- All record of mortality report sent to supplier & internal department. 
- Chase invoice from supplier after sent DOA report.
- Check invoice after DOA 
- Made payment 
- Purchase invoice
