We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

    Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we're on the cusp of something great, where we're working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

    There's a lot more work to be done with all of our exciting plans. So we're looking to team up with people who are wildly passionate about making an impact and be part of a dynamic team, in a workplace with no corporate BS (yes, you read that right).

    The role:

    You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across digital and retail touchpoints, across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, flagship store, customer relationship management, social media, media, events & activations.

    Main Responsibilities:

  • 360 Brand Campaigns & Communications

    • Online

    Assist in executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns across all marketing channels and communications platforms.

    o Campaign

  • Assist in building and executing a holistic and integrated marketing campaign plan that will integrate traditional and digital platforms.
  • Monthly campaign review and assist in suggesting new ways to improve audience engagement and impressions.

    • o Organic platforms

  • Email
  • Understanding subscriber behaviour and developing content ideas or formats relatable to them to encourage open rate and click through rate.
  • Assist in generating, analysing and presenting eDM report
  • Social Media (FB/IG & Telegram)
  • Understanding followers' behaviour and contributing to conceptualise content/ thematic ideas and formats.
  • Assist in generating, analysing and presenting social media report
  • Traditional Comms: SMS
  • Work closely with brand executive to plan out monthly SMS to LB Loyalty base in accordance to campaign plan

    • o Affiliate marketing program

  • Liaise with affiliate partners to share campaigns initiative and work closely with the graphic designer team to provide creative assets in accordance to partner's requirement.

    • o Retail Stores

  • Internal
  • Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets across in-store touchpoints.
  • Liaise with Retail stores to ensure they have executed based on guidelines given.
  • Follow up on marketing collateral or assets performance and report to the designated marketing team in charge.

    • External

  • Liaise with the mall's communication team in weekly brand campaigns or new arrival updates.
  • Ensure it is posted in accordance to the campaign / new arrival period through a report.

    • 2. Media & Influencer

    o Media

  • Assist in sending out marketing campaigns / new arrival's press kits, gifts or release.
  • Follow-up with a report once it is published or shared.

    • o Influencer

  • Identify, reach out and follow-up with influencers to maximize influencer reach in line with marketing KPI.
  • Keep track of influencers posting and generate reports to measure success rate.

    • 3. Customer relationship Management (CRM)

    o Work with Loyalty PIC to analyse LB customer base and highlight key findings for local CRM campaign priorities and execution.

    o Ensure that the customer is at the heart for campaign initiative.

    4. Collaboration / Partner outreach

    o Based on marketing campaigns, to propose strategic partnerships/ collaboration that are in line with brand image and relatable to our target audience.

    o Liaise, coordinate and execute plans with Partners.

    o Follow-up on partnership performance and update in marketing campaign report.

    5. Physical / Virtual Events (if any)

    o Coordinate with event vendors or partners and execute programmes and operations plan during event days

    Requirements

    Qualifications / Skills:

  • Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic photography, image and video editing

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months. Ideally 6 months.
