- 360 Brand Campaigns & Communications
- Assist in building and executing a holistic and integrated marketing campaign plan that will integrate traditional and digital platforms.
- Monthly campaign review and assist in suggesting new ways to improve audience engagement and impressions.
- Understanding subscriber behaviour and developing content ideas or formats relatable to them to encourage open rate and click through rate.

- Work closely with brand executive to plan out monthly SMS to LB Loyalty base in accordance to campaign plan
- Liaise with affiliate partners to share campaigns initiative and work closely with the graphic designer team to provide creative assets in accordance to partner's requirement.

- Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets across in-store touchpoints.
- Liaise with Retail stores to ensure they have executed based on guidelines given.
- Follow up on marketing collateral or assets performance and report to the designated marketing team in charge.
- Liaise with the mall's communication team in weekly brand campaigns or new arrival updates.
- Ensure it is posted in accordance to the campaign / new arrival period through a report.
- Assist in sending out marketing campaigns / new arrival's press kits, gifts or release.
- Follow-up with a report once it is published or shared.
- Identify, reach out and follow-up with influencers to maximize influencer reach in line with marketing KPI.
- Keep track of influencers posting and generate reports to measure success rate.
- Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic photography, image and video editing
- Minimum commitment of 3 months. Ideally 6 months.

The role:
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across digital and retail touchpoints, across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, flagship store, customer relationship management, social media, media, events & activations.

o Work with Loyalty PIC to analyse LB customer base and highlight key findings for local CRM campaign priorities and execution.
o Ensure that the customer is at the heart for campaign initiative.
4. Collaboration / Partner outreach
o Based on marketing campaigns, to propose strategic partnerships/ collaboration that are in line with brand image and relatable to our target audience.
o Liaise, coordinate and execute plans with Partners.
o Follow-up on partnership performance and update in marketing campaign report.
5. Physical / Virtual Events (if any)
o Coordinate with event vendors or partners and execute programmes and operations plan during event days
