    Description
    Job Responsibility

    Established in 2017, Averton Sdn Bhd has emerged as a leading player in the flooring and wall covering sector. We are a well-known company that specializes in flooring and wall covering solutions.
    • Act as the point of contact between the sales executives and internal / external clients
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing and processing sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and credit note.
    • Handle orders and queries appropriately via WhatsApp.
    • Produce sales reports.
    • Ensure orders deliveries on time.
    • Stock count and inventory control.
    • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry and maintaining organized records.
    • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
    • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management. environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
    • Computer literate, familiar MS Office : Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
