    modules for Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Claim, Appraisal, and Time Attendance, Info-Tech also offers advanced

    accounting software, empowering businesses with streamlined financial management solutions.

    Main Responsibilities


    • Manage all aspects of B2B PPC campaigns including search, display, paid social and retargeting.


    • Customer journey development including retargeting, nurture and lead scoring.


    • Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation


    • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels


    • Produce and edit graphics for social media posts and campaigns, as needed.


    • Customize content for key targeted audiences.


    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


    • Manage and research Facebook Groups to analyze current market trends


    • Stay up to date with the latest paid media best practices and technologies. Brainstorm and collaborate with

    internal teams on new ideas and tactics


    • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior to meet operational and/or other

    requirements.

    Main Requirements


    • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or

    equivalent experience.


    • Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese and English, proficiency in Malay is

    a plus.


    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


    • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ad, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Email Marketing


    • Experience using CRM and knowledge of design tools such as Canva are required, with the ability

    to use Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) considered an added advantage.


    • Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions


    • Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to

    meet target KPIs thresholds necessary for the businesses' success


    • Possess basic knowledge of Government statutory in Hong Kong and Malaysia such as MPF, EPF,

    Employment Act, and SOCSO is an added advantage for this position.


    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.


    • Willing to travel to Q sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
