    Description

    FutureLab is a social enterprise championing mentorship in Southeast Asia. We help organizations and corporations to launch scalable mentoring programs for talent development and retention.

    We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This 3 to 6-month role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment. The Graphic Design Intern will assist in creating various visual assets across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone looking to expand their skills in graphic design and build a portfolio while working on real-world projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in designing and producing digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, presentations, marketing collateral, and advertisements.
    • Brainstorm creative concepts and collaborate with community and program teams to develop visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
    • Support multimedia content creation, such as video graphics, animations, and interactive media.
    • Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring that files are labeled, archived, and easily accessible.
    • Contribute to ongoing projects by providing design assistance, including photo editing, layout adjustments, and typography enhancements.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
    • Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
    • Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
    • Highly proficient in all design aspects
    • Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
