    Description
    • Work closely with Team Lead, Virtual RM to proactively identify opportunities for cross selling to SME / Non-Retail customers.
    • Proactively calling potential customers to cross sell and asking pertinent questions to understand the customersâ needs and requirement.
    • Understanding and keep up to date with customersâ needs and seek cross-sell opportunities to propose customers with products that fit their needs.
    • Providing insights of the Bankâs products and providing accurate information of the products such as Working Capital Loan, Overdraft, Refinancing and Credit Card to cross sell to customers.
    • Building positive relationship with customers and keeping an up to date record of customers contact and important information for future references.
    • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companyâs reputation

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelorâs Degree or professional qualification in related fields (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Legal, etc)
    • Professional qualifications such as Chartered Banker and ACCA (or its equivalent) will be an added advantage
    • Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years related working experience with a financial institution in a similar role
    • Good understanding of products and services in own work area, knows competitors for own market segment
    • Good understanding of the domestic and regional business environment will be an advantage
    • Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to analyse and understand financial statements
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
    • Motivated, self-driven individual with strong commitment to ingerity, professionalism and teamwork
    • Able to work independently with less supervision.
