    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Negotiator. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for selling and leasing properties, negotiating deals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Negotiator will also be required to work on-site at the company's location in Kuantan, but some work from home is acceptable.

    Qualifications

    • Estate Agents and Sales skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Experience in property sales or lettings
    • Ability to negotiate deals and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Knowledge of property laws and regulations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

    Relevant qualifications and experience in real estate, business, marketing, or related field will be beneficial for this role.
