- Strong analytical and productmanagement skills needed, including athorough understanding of how tointerpretbusiness needs andtranslate them intoapplication and operational requirements.
- Prepare user requirements, push theboundaries, and work with the customerexperience team to think outside the boxindelivering best in class customerexperience.
- Have an eye for detail and risks andenable proactive identification,communication, escalation andmanagement of project risks asneeded.
- Participate in product test planpreparation and test cases.
- Work with the design team, internalstakeholders in detailing a complete endto end flow that is fully digital andseamless to customers.
- Considers all negative cases andfailovers and provides a solution that iselegant and considers customer at thecenter.
- Apply either waterfall or agilemethodology during enhancement orproject when required.
- Keep customer at the center of thesolution design process.
- Work with the technology team toensure the technology solutions meetthe requirements and are scalableand extensible across all Digital Bankingchannels and product.
- Ensure Digital Banking meets thebusiness objectives and service levelgoals by delivering quality projects ontime and budget.
- Champion and evangelize the Onlineand Mobile Banking roadmap anddelivery both internally and externally.
