    Job Description

    • Drive digital customer acquisition andcross-sell campaigns to achieve the targeted sales and revenuenumbers
    • Manage and execute digital marketing campaignsincluding engaging and coordinating with all relevant internal and external parties to ensure timely launch of the marketing campaigns and optimise marketing campaigns to meet agreed performance targets
    • Workalongsidevarious stakeholdersthrough campaignideation and content developmentacross all digital touchpoints to enhance and optimise go-to-market value propositions
    • Develop marketingbriefs that clearly articulate campaign objectives and success matrixin order to meet sales & revenueobjectives
    • Understandcustomers' journey to drive sales funnel through various channel mix.
    • Analyse sales funnel key metrics to gain insight on opportunities and ways to apply learning to continuously improve sales and customer communication.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and ensure approvals are in place.
    • Maintain and monitor marketing cost and accruals to ensure spent are within budget, including invoices processing.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Business Management/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing)
    • Retail banking/ product experience.
    • Experiencein digital marketing will be an added advantage.
    • Able to work independently and have good stakeholder management skill.
