Job Responsibility

General Ledger Management

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Review and analyze ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve general ledger processes.

Financial Month-End Closing

Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with established deadlines.
Work closely with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies during the closing process.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Auditing

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate the auditing process.
Prepare audit schedules and support documentation to ensure a smooth audit.
Address and resolve audit findings, implementing improvements to internal controls as needed.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in financial operations.
Implement best practices to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; PA or CMA certification is a plus.
Proven experience in general ledger management, financial month-end closing, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
